In September 2007 a group of individuals from local animal welfare agencies began meeting to discuss ways we could partner with Springfield-Greene County Animal Control to address animal welfare issues. June surgery slots for puppies and kittens are full!

Did you know that puppies and kittens can get pregnant at only four months of age? It's not only important to get your pet fixed but to get it done at early.  Thanks to special funding, we were able to offer discounted rates for 50 puppies and kittens.  Those spots are now full.  However, we encourage anyone who needs financial help and has a young dog or cat needing surgery to call us at 831-7223 for an appointment.  Our regular rates are very affordable.
